This class is proving increasingly popular with our students. It takes place on the premises of a local historic cheese seller by the Rialto bridge, la Casa del Parmigiano. Through a set of interactive activities, students get to speak with the owner and his family – asking questions and reporting their answers about cheese, flavours and combinations.
Flavouring some of the most spectacular Italian and Venetian cheese, accompanied by a few glasses of wine, students will enjoy a fabulous practical lesson, using their Italian to interact naturally with Venetians.
