Cooking class
Enjoy a very “special” class, really hands in! In Italian, with the help of a local Venetian qualified chef, this class will show you how to cook a real “Venetian” recipe. Forget pasta&pizza: this lesson will involve delicious secrets for your risotto, fish and desserts. The lesson will be completed by an overview on the history and traditions of Venetian food.

Wine Tasting
Prosecco, Valpolicella, Soave: the Veneto region is a land rich in wine tradition and production. In Italian, with the help of a local qualified sommelier, this class will take you around few of Venice’s most typical “osterie” (local taverns): very much off mainstream tourist track! The class will include an overview on the tradition of local wines and will include a lot of conversational Italian.

Gondola Rowing
An astonishingly beautiful boat club, filled with piles of traditional Venetian boats; the marvellous scenario of the Northern side of the Venetian Lagoon (much more quiet then the Grand Canal), plus some fascinating facts and stories about the special relationship between Venice and its Lagoon. In Italian, with the help of a professional Venetian rower who will also teach you the basics of Venetian rowing: this is Venice through and through.
