Easter and May 2010 at the Venice Italian School

Easter is a lovely time to come to Venice. Winter gives way to Spring, days are longer and there is a general feeling of easiness in the air. It’s also the time for colomba - a unique Venetian cake made in the shape of a dove. And when you join our classes for this period, we will try to make your staying in Venice more interesting also by exploring the culinary delights of the changing season.

Ahahaha...May! What to say? It is spring at its best: there is that particular scent in the air - especially in the evening hours. It is a perfect time for pretty much everything - walks around less known parts of the city, aperitivi by the Grand Canal, dinners out in the beautiful "campi" - but especially for our gondola and wine tasting Italian lessons. Vi aspettiamo!
